Total body strength training workout to give you the ultimate fat-burning results! Using weights and functional fitness moves, this workout will challenge you. There are optional movements so that anyone can do this workout and every class will have you sweating, toning, and getting stronger. All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.

Push your body to the max and reach your personal best, no matter where you’re starting from. This high-energy workout takes you through group-focused cardio drills, athletic conditioning, and explosive moves without any equipment to help you burn fat like never before.
