I want to share a couple of recipes that I found delicious. Sarah shared these with me when I started the 80 Day Obsession program and I loved them both….very quickly became a “family favorite”.
1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup raw oats, 1 cup spinach, tsp. of nut butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Blend. Cook. Eat. Push Play. Kick Butt.
When you want a sweet tooth and want to stay on track, check this treat out. SUGAR is not an added ingredient.
3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raisins, (optional), 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes.
